Q: Where do I send the photos?

A: Our address is listed on the Order Form. Please print it off, fill it out and send it to us along with your photos/files and music.

Q: Can I just email my files to you

A: We wish it was easy enough to do but we are hoping you have high quality photos for your show and sending them to us via the email isn't the best plan right now.  Come on, snail mail is fun!

Q: I don't have digital files, can you help me?

A: Of course! We can scan the images for you; each photo is $.50 to scan. If you are sending us photos to scan please make sure to have your name written on the back of EACH photo. The service time will have to be extended if we are scanning more than 10 photos for you so please keep that in mind. Scanning can be a time consuming process.

Q: I have low resolution photos for my show. What does that do to the quality?

A: The photos you send to us will be the quality you see so keep this in mind when picking and choosing. If we are scanning the images for you we scan them at a high resolution but if the photo is dark there isn't too much we can do. We will so the best we can with each photo.

Q: How long will it take to get my order?

A: Once we receive your order  and payment it will take us about 2 weeks to mail the DVD back to you. To speed up the process please make sure to visit our pricing page to pay for your DVD. If you need a rush order please email us to see what your options are.
